‟I attended Dan and Julie Ihara's senior living seminar years ago, to consider options for my mother, then in her 90's. Besides understanding my mother's alternatives, I was very impressed with Dan's achievements in real estate, and his team's approach to preparing, grooming and staging a home for market. Later, in early 2011, my unmarried brother d ied. As his Personal Representative, I was responsible for the sale of his home, which was in an extreme state of disrepair and neglect. Dan's team undertook the enormous task of repairing and landscaping this seemingly abandoned property. Almost like a general contractor, they obtained proposals and selected several contractors in various specialties, some for unusual structural problems. The team met with many contractors, evaluated proposals, and provided their recommendations, which I readily accepted.
