Ko’Olina’s Ko’Olina Kai Golf Estates

Located on the Leeward side of Oahu, Ko’Olina Kai Golf Estates is a luxurious planned community offering both single-family homes and condos.  With homes built in the early 2000s, they are among the newer golf course homes in Oahu. Rated one of the “Top 75 Resort Courses in the U.S.” by Golf Digest, Ko’Olina Golf Club is one of the most popular golf destinations on the island. Homes within the Ko’Olina Kai Golf Estates range from around $1 to $1.9 million.

Kailua’s Enchanted Lake/Country Club Knoll

The Mid-Pacific Country Club golf course homes found in Kailua’s Enchanted Lake and Country Club Knoll neighborhoods are in high demand and, as a result, rarely become available. Hawaii Kai’s Queen’s Gate

Built in the late 1970s, the community offers amenities such as tennis and racquetball courts. Prices typically range from around $1 to $1.5 million.  

Ewa Beach’s Hoakalei

Ewa Beach offers several golf courses, including the Coral Creek, Ewa Beach and Hawaii Prince golf courses. One popular subdivision within this region is the Hoakalei subdivision, which is located near the Hoakalei Country Club and Golf Course. In addition to being one of the more affordable areas on the island, Ewa Beach also offers a great beach and plenty of shopping opportunities. Homes within the Hoakalei subdivision generally range in price from around $900,000 to $1.5 million.
