The impressive Hawaii Convention Center, which is located at the corner of Kapiolani Boulevard and Kalakaua Avenue, serves as the eastern boundary to the neighborhood. Piikoi Street serves as the border to the west while Kapiolani Boulevard serves as a border to the north. The southern border is formed by the Ala Wai Canal, Ala Wai Yacht Harbor and Ala Moana Beach Park.
